Last September in the 3.1 Philip Lim spring collection, there were bold red eyes and nails accompanied by a nude lip. The clothes were in shimmering, light fabrics. We saw the trends of watercolor prints and metallic accents. The color palette was pastel, with beige, white, pink and silver.

The collection could easily be worn straight from runway. There were  party dresses in a warm cocoa-beige color; suits with pants and shorts and boxy jackets; sheer tees and jumpsuits. Graphic prints and draping were also prevalent. The collection also featured high-waisted pants and skirts paired with cropped tops.
